Introduction:

The 10 MWdc Solar Project in Naghlu, Sarobi district, Kabul province, is invested by Awfi Bahram Mining and Processing Company and is being implemented by Green State Power (GSP). The client for this project is the Ministry of Energy and Water. The project commenced on October 1st, 2023, and will finish on September 2024. The progress of activities undertaken so far is explained below.

Project Overview:

The Naghlu Solar Power Plant (NSPP) project aims to harness solar energy to generate 10 MWdc of electricity, providing a sustainable and renewable source of power to the region. This project not only contributes to reducing greenhouse gas emissions but also promotes local employment, thereby enhancing the community's quality of life.
