4. Lot Reviews / Closure: Progressive assessment of Lots and compliance with ITPs and project requirements.
5. Quality Audits: Conducting periodic or ad-hoc audits on the Contractor’s systems and products.
6. Surveillance: Providing site surveillance and maintaining daily diaries for on-site and off-site activities, including the supply chain.
